Fugaz.in is a curated Indian holiday-discovery portal operated by Next Gen Digital Innovation. Contact: hello@fugaz.in. For anything privacy-related, please write to the same address with the subject line “Privacy request” and we'll respond within 30 days.

• Mobile number — used only to send you a one-time password (OTP) for sign-in.
• Basic profile — a display name and (optionally) email or WhatsApp, if you add them.
• Activity on the site — properties you save, like, or follow; searches you run; hosts you reach out to.
• Host / listing data — if you submit a property, we store the details you provide (photos, location, phone, website, social handles) so we can show it to travellers.
• Technical data — standard web logs (IP, browser, device) captured for security and analytics.

• To let you sign in, save discoveries, and reach out to hosts.
• To show curated stays that match your interests.
• To keep the platform safe — spam prevention, fraud checks, and rate limiting.
• To improve the product (aggregated usage analytics via Google Analytics 4).
• Occasionally, to email or WhatsApp you about features or trips you might love — you can opt out at any time.

We never sell your data. We share the minimum required with a small set of trusted partners:

• OTP delivery (BhashSMS) — receives your mobile number to send the OTP.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated site usage; no personal identifiers shared.
• Emergent object storage — hosts uploaded property images and marketing media.
• Meta / Instagram — when we cross-post a property to our Instagram, only the public marketing content is shared.
• Law enforcement — only when compelled by a valid legal order under Indian law.

When you tap a host's phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram or website, you leave Fugaz.in. What you share with the host after that is between you and them.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember filter preferences, and Google Analytics for aggregated traffic reporting. No advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser any time — you'll just need to sign in again.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal data.
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave (e.g. marketing messages).
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To exercise any of these, write to hello@fugaz.in from your registered mobile / email. We'll verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

Sensitive personal fields (phone, email, WhatsApp) are stored encrypted at rest. We keep account data as long as your account is active, and up to 12 months after deletion for audit and fraud-prevention purposes — after which it's permanently removed.

We may update this policy occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll let you know via a banner on the site or a notification. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
